How to use
One tablet a day to swallow with a sip of water in the evening just before bedtime. The tablets are swallowed whole or dissolved in the mouth or in 1/2 glass of water.

Warnings
Do not take before or while driving.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.

Store in a cool (<25 ° C) and dry place.
