How to use
For topical treatments: moisten the powder and apply it on the affected areas and let it dry for 30-40 minutes. Remove with rotating movements with small pressure on the affected area such as peeling.
Oral use: 1 level teaspoon in half a glass of lukewarm water half an hour before a meal in the morning, noon, evening or 1 level scoop in half a liter of water.
Take, preferably before main meals, 3 g of Zeolite per day, corresponding to 1 scoop.
In the case of high oxidative stress it is possible to double the dose.
In the first 2 weeks of taking it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.
Zeolite can be taken with still non-carbonated water, but also with milk, yogurt, juices and fruit juices.
