This product is made exclusively with naturally gluten-free raw materials, specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten.

Ingrediants
Shortcrust pastry (corn starch, eggs , sugar, butter , rice flour; cacaomagro powder: 3.1% on the base, 2.1% on the total; skimmed milk powder, potato starch; thickeners: seed flour guar, psyllium seed fiber, maize maltodextrin, buckwheat flour; raising agents: disodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate, flavorings). Pistachio cream (31%): vegetable oil (palm), sugar, pistachios (15%), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, lactose ; emulsifier: lecithin (from soy ), flavorings. It may contain traces of: other nuts ( almonds , hazelnuts , walnuts ).
