Aplanospore of haematococcus pluvialis microalgae titrated at 2.5% in astaxanthin intake in astaxanthin	40 mg 1 mg
Resveratrol titrated at 98% intake in resveratrol	10 mg 9.8mg
Folic acid	200 µg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose; Arabic gum; calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and disilicon dioxide).

How to use
we recommend taking one tablet a day, taken before bedtime.
