Based on phytosterols, red rice and olive polyphenols, with fenugreek which contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol and linseed oil which contributes to the metabolism of lipids.

Cholesterol is a fundamental component of our body, important for producing numerous hormones and for the formation of cell membranes. It is produced by our body, especially by the liver, and partly absorbed through food. The high level of cholesterol in the blood is one of the risk factors for the onset of cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attack and stroke. This is the reason why it is advisable to always keep cholesterol values under control.

Colesia® contains fenugreek which contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol. Colesia® contains linseed oil which contributes to lipid metabolism.

Ingredients

Sterol esters titrated in sterols and stanols, with esters of ascorbic acid with fatty acids (E 304) and extract rich in tocopherol (E306), food gelatin; resisting agent: glycerol (E 422); monacolins from fermented red rice, olive tree (Olea europaeaL. es, fructus) titrated in polyphenols ;, flax (Linum usitatissimum L. oleum), hay greek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. es, semen); dyes: iron oxides (E172).

Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day for at least 30 days, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.

Warnings

The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in an unopened package. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.

The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet, which involves the regular consumption of fruit and vegetables in order to help maintain the levels of carotenoids.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplement with added sterols and plant stanols.
Consumption of more than 3 g / day of added plant sterols and stanols should be avoided.
It should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under the age of 18 and adults over the age of 70. In case of health problems consult your doctor. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs.
It should not be consumed if you are already consuming products containing fermented red rice.
The consumption of more than 3 mg / day of monklets from fermented red rice should be avoided.
