INTERNAL USE

Coli Herb (S18 Chamomile): 25 drops in water 3 times a day after meals.
S6 MELISSA COMPOSTA: 10-20 drops in water in mid-morning and mid-afternoon; 30-50 drops in water in the evening before bedtime.
