Description
Food supplement based on ispagul which helps the regularity of intestinal transit and the normal volume and consistency of stool and has an emollient, soothing action (digestive system) and prebiotic effect. It provides titrated dry extracts of fennel and lemon balm which promote digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.

Ingredients
Ispagul (Plantago ovata Forssk.) seed coat powder, fennel (Foeniculumvulgare Mill.) fruits tit. 1% in essential oil, lemon juice powder, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves tit. 12% rosmarinic acid; bulking agent: maltodextrin; lemon sroma; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking one or two sachets per day (6.5 grams), dissolved in approximately 200 ml of water. If you are taking medication, take the product one hour before or after taking the medicine.
