Magnesium hydroxide, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, fennel fruit dry extract ( Foeniculum vulgare mill. , Maltodextrin) titrated 1% essential oil, lemon leaf dry extract ( Melissa officinalis L. , maltodextrin) titrated 12% acidorosmarinic, lactase from Aspergillus oryzae , Bifidobacus long acidophilus DSM254 DSM 24936, Aspergillusniger alpha-galactosidase, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B12 0.1% (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, acid citric), essential oil mint ( Menta x piperita L. ), dye (titanium dioxide).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day to be swallowed with a large amount of water.
