How to use
Adults : 10/15 drops.
Children : 10 drops.
The drops can be poured into a glass of oligo-food mineral water and swallowed, or they can be placed on the tongue and kept in contact with the mucous membrane of the oral cavity before swallowing.
External use : spray the product in pure form directly on the skin. Use the area to be treated.
