Description
Agar-agar is a soluble fiber that is neither digested nor absorbed by the intestine; it promotes the regularity of intestinal transit and normalizes the volume and consistency of stools. Probiotic lactic ferments can be useful for rebalancing the natural intestinal bacterial flora.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 scoop (4 g) dissolved in a large glass of water (about 250 ml), one to three times a day at any time (4 to 12 g per day). Pour the powder into the dry glass, add the water and then mix. Measuring cup included in the package. Close carefully after use.
