Thanks to its active ingredients, this supplement balances intestinal disorders that occur with widespread and recurrent abdominal pain, alterations of the hive, flatulence, meteorism, stool consistency, stypsia predominant diarrhea, feeling of incomplete emptying, mucus in the stool, halitosis due to digestive dysfunction with nausea and vomiting.

How the individual components of Colonir Tablets work

• L-tryptophan, essential amino acid, natural precursor of serotonin (or enteramine) which resides for 90% in the gastro intestinal tract, in the enterochromaffin cell system. Here it plays a direct role in the regulation of intestinal motility, secretion and perception as well as an indirect central action preventing stress and improving mood. It also intervenes in the production of niacin (vit. PP).
• Inulin, a prebiotic water-soluble fiber derived from a fructooligosaccharide polymer. With its osmotic function, it regulates the water levels in the colon, keeping the stool hydrated and soft, stimulating peristalsis.
• Micro-encapsulated lactic ferments (L.acidophilus + B.longum), which stimulate the formation of antibodies, increase the immune system, block the growth of pathogens and the release of toxins, restore colon metabolism and regulate intestinal dysmicrobism.
• Vegetable carbon, which absorbs excess intestinal gas, reducing bloating, flatulence and bloating.
• Active fractions of menthol and jasmone (contained in mint), which have antispasmodic and anti-gas properties. They modulate diarrheal discharges / constipation, intervene in biliary secretion and regulate gastric juices. They reduce nausea, vomiting and bad breath.
• Active fraction cirizine (contained in licorice) which plays a role, antispastic laxative, controls abdominal pain, bloating and slow digestion. Cirizine has a similar structure to natural steroids by intervening in the regulation of adrenaline.
• Active fraction chamazulene (contained in chamomile), which has antispasmodic, analgesic activities. It intervenes in dyspeptic pains, flatulence, diarrheal discharges / constipation, swelling, slow digestion.
• Active citral and linalool fractions (contained in lemon balm), which perform an antispastic action and reduce flatulence. They intervene in the control of anxiety, tension and stress.
• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) which regulates the metabolism of the colon mucosa while maintaining the electrolyte balance.
• Vitamin B6, which regulates the metabolism of the central nervous system and controls the formation of serotonin from tryptophan.
• Vitamin PP (niacin), an integral part of the coenzymes Nad and Nadp which control redox reactions. The deficiency induces frequent and debilitating diarrhea. Endogenous production is supported by L-tryptophan.

Dosage and method of taking Colonir

Just take 2 tablets (lunch and dinner) for the first 3-4 days, then continue with one tablet a day, it is important to ingest the tablets whole, without chewing but accompanying them with some natural water half an hour before meals.

Warnings before using Colonir

It is recommended not to exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Contains Licorice - avoid overuse in case of hypertension.

It is advisable to store the product in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources, keep absolutely out of reach of children, the product is sold in blister packs of 15 tablets of 0.877g.
