Ingrediants
Psyllium (plantago psyllium) seeds powder; flax (linum usitatissimum) seeds powder; agar-agar (gelidium armansii) algae powder; green anise (pimpinella anisum) fruit powder; fennel (foeniculum vulgare) seeds powder; ginger (zingiber officinalis) rhizome powder; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root powder.

How to use
The recommended dosage 1 teaspoon (about 2.5 g) 2 times a day to be taken preferably after main meals in a little warm water.

Contraindications
In case of known hypersensitivity to one of the components. Overdose could lead to minor gastrointestinal disturbances.
