One-piece Urostomy Bag

With SenSura One-Piece Urostomy, the SenSura Double-Layer Adhesive is an integral part of the pouch. To replace the pouch, the entire device is removed and replaced. SenSura One-Piece Urostomy is available with flat or convex adhesive plates. The wide assortment consists of pre-cut or cut-out formats for maximum customization, accompanied by bags in different formats, available in transparent or opaque colors.

SenSura double layer adhesive, for safety and skin care

The unique SenSura adhesive consists of two layers, designed to provide the security you need to live every day with confidence:
  • Protective layer - protects the skin from stoma effluents
  • Layer next to the skin - keeps skin healthy by absorbing excess moisture

A comfortable and discreet bag

SenSura One-Piece Urostomy has a range with features designed for comfort and discretion:

  • Anti-reflux valve - prevents urine from returning to the stoma, reducing the risk of urinary infections.
  • Soft Concealed Drain Faucet - Easy to use, can be hidden when not in use. This prevents chafing on the leg, providing greater comfort and discretion.
  • Multichambers - the bag is divided into sections that distribute urine evenly within the bag. This allows you to have a bag with a flat and discreet profile, also reducing the noises due to the movement of urine.

Convex plate, for difficult to manage ostomies

SenSura One-Piece Urostomy is available with Convex Light. The Convex Light Oval Shaped Adhesive Plate is designed to help with an ostomy that is difficult to manage (for example, a stoma that is flush, retracted, or located in a skin fold). Apply light direct pressure to the peristomal skin to reduce the risk of leakage by allowing the stoma to protrude. For more information on Convex Light, consult with your stoma nurse.
