How to use
Take 10.3 g per day (the entire contents of the dispenser) dissolved in a glass of a liquid of your choice at room temperature. Suitable for daily and continuous use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
