How to use

Clean and dry the skin before use, making sure the big toe area is free of creams and oils.
Remove the top paper, then the bottom paper, avoiding touching the sticky side.
Firmly apply the plaster to the big toe, making sure the edges are well smoothed.
Leave the patch in one place until it begins to peel off. It can stay in place for up to several days.
Replace with a new COMPEED ® patch as often as needed.
