Competition is a food supplement of high quality and energy-plastic potential, designed for the professional athlete. It is particularly useful for sustaining prolonged physical exercise, delaying fatigue and promoting post-competition recovery processes. Contains carbohydrates at different absorption rates that help to support energy needs in the short, medium, long term, to maintain the body's glycogen and ribose reserves: a particular sugar capable of transforming directly into ATP, even in the presence of marked muscle fatigue. Competition contains a high dose of Branched Amino Acids, Glutamine, Taurine and Ornithine AKG, essential aminaocides to counteract fatigue, expel toxins, and restore optimal muscle efficiency. The new formulation also contains beta-Alanine, a specific amino acid to counteract lactic acid, and improve muscle oxygenation. Glutamine is an excellent resource for the immune system that excessive physical exertion tends to weaken. The formulation is completed by the presence of vitamins C and E and mineral salts which respectively counteract the oxidative processes caused by free radicals and cover the increased need for these nutrients.

INDICATIONS: Competition is indicated to support and improve energy performance during intense and prolonged efforts, which take more than 1 hour a quarter. It is very suitable for road cycling and mountain biking, well diluted in marathon, cross country, swimming. We suggest diluting the dose of 50 g in 1 liter of water, to be sipped during the activity.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: It is recommended to take 50 g per day (equal to 1 sachet) dissolved in at least 500 ml of water, immediately after physical exertion.
