How to use

Fortification and preparation for winter: 2 tablets per day upon awakening; for children 1 tablet upon awakening from September to March.
Acute moments: 3 tablets a day, 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 1 before dinner; for children 1 tablet in the middle of the morning and 1 tablet before dinner.

The tablets can be crushed and given with a spoonful of honey, jam or yogurt.
