Plates for colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy
The Conform 2 CeraPlus Convex Plate is a medical device for use with Conform 2 Plates for Colostomy, Ileostomy and Urostomy.
Square plate with rounded corners, dimensions 10x10 cm for the Standard sizes (14400 and 15400), 12.5x12.5 cm for the Large size (17400). Maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, against the risk of infiltrations.
Synthetic Hollister adhesive, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use.
CeraPlus hydrocolloid, contains ceramides, ideal for maintaining healthy peristomal skin.
Convex profile, depth of about 4.5 mm, atrumatic, with anatomically designed design for uniform pressure on the entire affected area.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the center to the edges.
Can be cut out from 13mm, greater adaptability to irregular ostomies.
Clear protective film with tab and clipping guide to facilitate hydrocolloid inspection, preparation and application.
Floating flange (Hollister Incorporated patent) with CenterPoint Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the bag-plate system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra-thin allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Click" that confirms the closure of the locking mechanism guarantees absolute safety.
Free of latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.

Hollister synthetic adhesive.

How to use
It is recommended to keep the plate in place for 2 to 7 days.

Warnings
There are no known contraindications to the use of this device.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
Validity in unopened package: 24 months.
It does not require special disposal protocols.

Cardboard box of 5 pieces with instructions for use in Italian.
