Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium in which the mineral is bound to an organic compound (two glycine molecules), allowing the mineral a high absorption capacity in the intestine. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological and muscular function. It also reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Tryptophan is an amino acid present in many proteins of animal and vegetable origin. It is an essential nutrient, that is, it cannot be synthesized by the body and therefore must necessarily be taken through the diet. It is the only precursor of serotonin and melatonin.

Boswellic acids are triterpene complexes extracted from Boswellia, a plant known for its ability to contrast localized states of tension. In particular, the selected Boswellia extracts are titrated in acetyl-11-keto-βboswellic acid (AKBA), known for its ability to inhibit the activity of 5-lipoxygenase.

Lemon balm has a predominantly anxiolytic action at the level of the nervous system without decreasing the ability of attention and alertness and without causing drowsiness.

The beneficial effects of lemon balm are also reflected on smooth muscles, with a spasmolytic and relaxing action. Calms muscle nervousness from fatigue and overexcitation, carrying out a muscle relaxant effect.
