Conveen: Security + leg bag
Description
Reusable leg bag for at least four days for urine collection. The use of this bag is indicated in cases of urinary incontinence. The bag is designed for connection to sheaths or urethral catheters and can also be connected to a bed bag.
It has a capacity of 500 ml and is equipped with an anti-reflux valve which prevents the return of urine. It has a drain valve on the bottom side to empty the urine which can also be used with one hand and can be opened and closed many times without losing functionality. A connecting tube 30 cm long (thigh bag) or 50 cm long (calf bag) is connected. The tubes are made of a special corrugated material which absolutely prevents kinking and consequent throttling of the tube, which blocks the flow. The tubes can be shortened, so that the patient can choose the most comfortable size. The back, in contact with the skin, is covered in soft non-woven fabric, which reduces the risk of allergies and irritation. It has triple welding which ensures its solidity. In the center of the bag there is a seal which ensures that the urine is distributed in the bag without it swelling, so it is very discreet. Furthermore, this system prevents the typical splashing noise, making the bag even more discreet. On the upper and lower sides there are two buttonholes that allow you to easily attach the bag to the calf, using special laces. It is made of very robust materials and allows use, after rinsing, for at least four days.

Components
The Conveen Security + bag does not contain PVC.
The walls of the bag are made of modified PE. The anterior wall is striped, transparent and grey, while the posterior one is white. The transparent part allows you to control the appearance of the collected urine, but the gray polka dots make the bag less visible and more discreet. A layer of non-woven fabric is welded onto the rear wall which has the function of preventing direct contact of the plastic with the skin, reducing the risk of allergies and skin irritation.
The connection tube is made of PE and a white polypropylene fitting is connected to it which is inserted by the user once the desired length has been decided, for attachment to catheters or sheaths. The connector is closed by a gray polyethylene cap.
The gray ABS drain valve is inserted on the underside of the bag and closes with a sound click system.
