L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid which is synthesized in the kidneys, liver and brain from the amino acids Lysine and Methionine. Coenzyme Q10, also known as "ubiquinone", is an essential component of the mitochondria membrane, which are the cellular units of the body responsible for energy production.
Carnitine improves the transport of fatty acids within cells to favor the production of cellular energy and to support mitochondrial functions. Coenzyme Q10 is a substance present in tissues and involved in the cell's electron transfer processes. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The raw materials used are GMO FREE and ARE NOT RADIATED.

How to use

2 capsules a day to complete the main meals. The capsule can be opened and the contents mixed in a little water.
