Cosmos is indicated in cases where we feel frustrated and oppressed whenever we try to communicate our wisdom and our truths. These people are often flooded with too much information and ideas, the speech is rapid, disjointed and confused; thought may be intellectual on the surface, but lacking in deeper concepts. In the most extreme cases the speech can be really dull and the individual's energies introverted. Cosmos harmonizes thought and language, it helps us to express ourselves with coherence and clarity so that our true spirit can radiate from our personality.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: not focused, disjointed in communication, over-excited speech, overwhelmed by too many ideas, unable to communicate one's person

Balance: integration of thought with speech, ability to express thoughts with coherence and clarity, integration of language with a deeper contact with one's soul

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
