Lactoferrin (contains milk ), quercetin, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), capsule shell (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; stabilizer: gellan gum; colour: titanium dioxide); zinc gluconate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
