GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Creatine is transformed by the body into creatine phosphate, which is in turn used to convert ADP into ATP very quickly, ie it acts as a carrier for the "money we pay for energy". It is known that an appropriate supply of creatine determines an improvement in the intensity of training and recovery, in sports with anaerobic components. Muscle response and efficiency are heavily influenced by the presence of creatine.

CHARACTERISTICS

Creatine is able to increase physical performance in case of repetitive activities of high intensity and of short duration. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 3g / day of creatine. The presence of zinc promotes normal protein synthesis, the calcium and potassium present also contribute to a physiological energy metabolism and normal muscle function. Vitamin C, at a dosage of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion and protects cells from oxidative stress. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for celiac subjects or those with gluten intolerance.

Indications

Creatina Vector® is a creatine food supplement indicated for the diet of athletes who want to increase physical performance in case of repetitive activities of high intensity and of short duration.

Instructions for Use

It is recommended to take 1 sachet a day dissolved in about 200 ml of water, preferably between meals.
For the sportsman's diet, during the loading phases, you can take up to 2 sachets per day (equal to 6g of creatine) for no more than 30 days, then 1 sachet per day. During the creatine supplementation period it is advisable to take a lot of water.
