Doses
In acute cases, take the essence from the stock bottle. For all other situations, dilute 4 stock drops in a 30 ml bottle with dropper, filled 3/4 of the way with water and 1/4 of brandy. Shake the mixture lightly and take 4 drops under the tongue, up to 4 times a day. Or add 4 drops of essence to a glass of water to sip throughout the day.
