Vitamins B6, B12 and PP contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Brewer's yeast (contains gluten ), freeze-dried pappareal; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, vitamin B12 titre 0.1% (maltodextrin; acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium citrate; cyanocobalamin).

How to use
We recommend 1 or 2 bottles a day orally between meals.
To take the contents of the bottle:
- screw the cap clockwise as far as it will go, to obtain the complete rupture of the plastic membrane and let the contents of the capsule fall into the bottle;
- shake;
- unscrew the cap anti-clockwise.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
