Each sachet of CruscaSohn provides about 5 g of dietary fiber.

INDICATIONS : In case of reduced fiber intake with the diet:

- contributes to the normal volume and consistency of stools and to the regularity of intestinal transit;

- favors the modulation / limitation of nutrient absorption.

DOSES and METHOD OF USE

Granular BranSohn: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking abundantly. The product can be munched as it is, or added to milk, yogurt, tea, soups, or used in the preparation of both sweet and savory foods.

CruscaSohn tablets: 4 swallowable tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking abundantly.

In dietary regimes aimed at obtaining the restoration of the body silhouette, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking abundantly.

WARNINGS : Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
