Food Supplement Based On Magnesium

An "ancient" product, epsomite ( magnesium sulfate ) is also known as epsom salt, English salt, or bitter salt, due to its characteristic bitter taste.

Discovered in the evaporation deposits of the springs of Epsom, England, it has been used since ancient times for the purification of the organism and, consequently, of the spirit.

Cleansing with epsom salts improves digestion and, at the same time, reduces or eliminates all a series of pains in the shoulders, forearms, upper back.

They can be considered a natural laxative that does not irritate the intestinal mucous membranes. They are also used in the bathroom for an incisive detoxification of the skin. They are also recommended before approaching meditation.

How to use:

it is recommended to take 3 g. (one tablespoon) powder dissolved in a glass of water.
