Cuprum is a homeopathic medicine that has an effective antispasmodic and muscle relaxant action: in fact it interferes with the regulation of the function of both smooth and striated muscles. Its indications are: gaseous colic of the infant, low back pain, muscle relaxant and antispastic action.

• Colochynthis: effective in case of excruciating, lightning pains, spasms of smooth muscles, sciatica, low back pain with sciatica
• Ammonium bromatum (Ammonium Bromide): muscle relaxant action on smooth muscles, in particular of the respiratory tract: cough, whooping cough, irritating nervous catarrh, irritating cough, hoarseness
• Atropinum sulfuricum: antispasmodic action, action similar to Atropa belladonna, visceral spasmolytic action.
• Veratrum: active ingredient Veratrine, which has an inhibitory action on nicotinic receptors and release of striated muscles; anticholinergic action on both smooth and striated muscles; important on the syndromes of diarrhea with sensation of collapse; cramps, calf cramps, also effective on colic, painful menstruation, sudden pain.
• Magnesium phosphoricum: the main biochemical preparation for pain and spasms. Problems affecting nerve endings in muscles or muscle tissue, such as cramps and colic. • Passiflora incarnata: antispasmodic, sedative and calming activity of nervous hyperesthesia.
• Agaricus Muscarium (Amanita muscaria): relaxing activity on smooth muscles; actions on painful spastic manifestations, tremors, essential tremor, stabbing pains, limb weakness, parkinsonism, multiple sclerosis syndromes.
• Chamomilla: powerful antalgic action with tropism for the central nervous system, digestive system, circulatory system; it acts on spastic-convulsive pain (eg gas colic of the newborn) on pediatric ear pain, modulates the feverish state.
• Cuprum sulphuricum: muscle spasms, myoclonus, convulsive syndromes, contraction of skeletal muscles; spastic forms of smooth muscles, intestinal, gastric, renal colic; pains that improve with rest.
• Aconite: pain, neuralgia, neurogenic phase of inflammation, action of regulation of the hyperactivity of muscarinic receptors with effects on spasms of smooth muscles.

How to use

Adults: in acute disorders, inject 1-2 ml up to 3 times a day at the subcutaneous, venous or intramuscular level, or orally, otherwise 1 ampoule 1 to 3 times a week.

Warnings

Administer during pregnancy and lactation only after medical consultation.

The effectiveness of a homeopathic preparation can be adversely affected by the intake of spicy foods, products containing mint and the use of exciting substances.

The use of homeopathic medicines can temporarily aggravate ailments (initial aggravation). If this aggravation persists, you should stop taking (or applying) the product and inform your doctor or pharmacist.
