Our ATA toothbrush is a real stroke of luck for people who have damaged their teeth with the toothbrush: using the ATA it is practically impossible to apply pressure when brushing your teeth. This is because the round handle has no thumb recess and causes people to hold it with their fingers. It is virtually impossible to hold and this helps to minimize pressure when brushing. This makes the ATA the ideal toothbrush for practicing: you practice the technique of cleaning each tooth separately just like using the soft bristles without pressure. And once the pressure is off, the gums can recover and even regenerate.
