Boswellia dry extract ( Boswellia serrata Roxb. , Resin, 65% boswellic acids), turmeric dry extract ( Curcuma longa L. , rhizome, 95% curcuminoids), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use
Acute phase: 2 capsules twice a day.
Chronic phase: 1 capsule per day, even for long periods. We recommend cycles of 3 bottles with a break of about 15 days before the next cycle.
