In the first few days, 1 capsule of Cys-Control Flash morning and evening up to a 5 day program. In case of new problems, Cys-Control capsules or precaution sachets can be used.

For 1 morning capsule: 133mg Cranberry extract, 125mg Bruyère extract

For 1 night capsule: winter salty (flowering top) 12mg, Ceylon cinnamon (bark) 12mg, Rosemary (flowering top) 12mg, Niaouli (leaves) 12mg

If treatment with anticoagulant from the class of vitamin K, you should avoid taking Cys-control capsules or consult a doctor.
