Among the fibers most sensitive to the action of vitamin D are type 2 fibers, those involved in maintaining balance and in rapid and short-term contraction. This vitamin is also able to increase the strength and activity of the muscles and slow down the loss of muscle mass.

In aerobic sports, vitamin D contributes to the reduction of heart rate and promotes tissue oxygenation.

Furthermore, vitamin D is important to support the proper functioning of the immune system and protect the body from infectious diseases of a viral or bacterial nature.

How to use

Up to 8 drops (2000 IU) per day (equal to 0.38 ml). You can dilute the drops in water or other liquid. Shake the bottle well before use.
