Indications

Dosage and method of use
1 tablespoon 1 to 3 times a day.
place the dose in a glass, add plenty of water (or very liquid fruit juice), mix and drink immediately. Then drink another glass of water.
For children, the quantities should be appropriately halved and in any case reduced. For the action aimed at promoting the physiological function of peristalsis, the product should be taken between meals. As a fiber supplement in order to exploit its satiating function, the product should be taken about 90 minutes before a meal.

Warnings
The opinion of the dietician is essential for consumers pathologically interested, in particular, by the suspicion of intestinal obstruction. As for a large number of products based on plant derivatives (food or medicinal plants), absolutely subjective allergic manifestations could be proposed.
