Magnesium and Vitamin C counteract tiredness and fatigue. Zinc and Vitamin C contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Echinacea together with Vitamins B6 and B12 support the body's natural defenses. Rhodiola for its tonic-adaptogenic action is useful against both physical and mental fatigue.
How to use
We recommend taking one sachet a day and in any case no more than two sachets during the day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (4 g) in about a glass of water (80-100 mL). If desired, you can dissolve the contents of the sachet in a cup of hot water (not hot).
