Daigo® Mag is a food supplement of Magnesium, Folic Acid, enriched with Griffonia dry extract.

Magnesium and Folic Acid help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium allows the maintenance of normal muscle function and the nervous system . Folic Acid contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Griffonia extract contributes to maintaining relaxation, a normal mood and mental well-being.

Magnesium
Magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in several ways: tiredness, irritability, cramps, a widespread sense of malaise and others. Magnesium is in fact involved in over 300 biochemical reactions and physiological functions of our organism. The frenetic pace of life, incorrect nutrition, heat or stress can often give rise to states of deficiency or increased need for this precious element.

Folic acid
Folic Acid participates in the normal functioning of the immune system, contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Griffonia
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) is a tropical plant of the African tradition. The seeds of this plant contain significant quantities of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a direct precursor of serotonin. Serotonin is one of the main neurotransmitters of the nervous system and is involved in the regulation of mood, sense of hunger and sleep. In fact, serotonin is, in turn, the precursor of melatonin, which regulates the sleep-wake rhythm.

How to use
