Ingrediants
Guggul (commiphora mukul hook.) Resin; sugar; iron oxide; dry extract of: vasa (adhatoda vasica nees) folium; shatavari [asparagus racemosus (willd.) oberm.] radix; black pepper powder (piper nigrum l.) fructus; dry extract of: haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; bibhitaki (terminalia bellerica roxb.) fructus; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; aragvadha (cassia fistula l.) pulpa fructis; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; powder of: haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; bibhitaki (terminalia bellerica roxb.) fructus; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; cardamom (elettaria cardamomumwhite et mason.) semen; cinnamon (cinnamomumzeylanicum blume) cortex; dry extract of khadira [acacia catechu (lf) willd.] cortex; stabilizer: starch.

How to use
1 tablet a day with water or milk, on an empty stomach, half an hour before the main meal. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The product is not intended as a substitute for a dietary supplement. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
