They are generally unable to experience moments of more contained inner reflection. The unexpressed inner life and the great demands made on the body cause extreme tension, especially in the musculature. Dandelion allows you to listen more closely, to respect the rhythms of your body and thus to dissolve muscle tension. With greater tranquility and balance, the spiritual forces develop and allow them to flow freely. The essence gives relaxation, energy and a sense of lightness.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: extreme tension even in the muscles, excessive effort and fatigue, one takes care of many activities with zeal and enthusiasm but without stopping, one excessively plans one's life without taking into account the natural possibilities of the body

Balance: you learn to listen to the messages of the body and emotions, the tension melts and you get greater inner tranquility and balance, moments of deep and more intimate reflection

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
