DANDELION HERBAL TEA

Description
Infusion with beneficial properties.

Ingredients
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale Weber) root 20%, burdock (Arctium lappa L.) root, chicory (Cichorium intybus L.) root, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, karkadè (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers, Rose canina (Rosa canina L.) rose hips, birch (Betula pendula Roth.) leaves.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances.
Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove. Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then filter. Add, if desired, sugar or honey.
We recommend 2 or 3 cups of herbal tea a day away from meals.
