Based on α-lipoic acid, magnesium, vitamin B6 and vitamin D useful in case of increased need or reduced dietary intake of the components present. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also helps regulate hormonal activity.
