Psyllium cuticle of seeds dry extract ( Plantago ovata Forsk. ) Titrated at 98%; hydrolyzed guar gum, sorbitol, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), aroma, acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; dyes: curcumin, beet red; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take 1 sachet before meals, dissolved in a glass of water. It is advisable to drink the preparation quickly after having dissolved it in a glass of water because the fibers tend to gel.
