Description
Food supplement based on melatonin and natural extracts of lemon balm, escolzia and griffonia. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime); exchholtia contributes to relaxation; Griffonia contributes to normal mood and promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) leaves tit. 4% in rosmarinic acid, griffonia extract (Griffonia simplicifolia) seeds tit. 20% in 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), ex Californian clam (Eschscholzia californica) aerial parts tit. 0.3% in protopin; capsule: animal gelatin; GABA (gamma-amino-butyric acid), melatonin.

How to use
1 capsule per day to be swallowed with water before going to bed.
