Delica Plus® Onetouch® Lancing Device
The OneTouch® Delica® Plus Lancing Device provides an easy and safe way to get a drop of capillary blood from your fingertip. Read this manual before using this device. The OneTouch® Delica® Plus Lancing Device does not have the hardware required to perform an Alternate Site Test (TAS) and should not be used to perform a forearm or palm test. The device has 13 depth settings. The setting you choose should be deep enough to get a round blood drop large enough for the meter to deliver a blood glucose result. (See the user guide that came with your system for information on the correct volume of blood sample to collect.) NOTE: The OneTouch® Delica® Plus Lancing Device uses OneTouch® Delica® or OneTouch® Delica® Plus lancets. new sterile lancet each time a test is performed. Reuse of a lancet can dull or bend the lancet tip, causing skin damage, scarring, or more pain.
