Demerara Probios Cane Sugar
Probios cane sugar is obtained directly from the juice extracted from crushed cane (Saccharum offi cinarum) through artisanal operations, without the use of chemicals. The Demerara variety takes its name from the homonymous river located in Guaiana, South America, of which it originates. It has medium-sized grains, with a color between brown and golden, the high quantity of molasses gives it a more intense and aromatic flavor.
