Food supplement useful for controlling anxiety, improving mood, relieving gastric cramps and breathing problems caused by nervous agitation. It does not reduce psycho-physical performance, it can be used to reduce the tension before exams.

How to use
The tablets should be swallowed whole with a little water or dissolved in the mouth.
Take 1 to 3 tablets to be divided throughout the day; the first in the morning at breakfast, the second after lunch and the last preferably in the evening half an hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
The response to the product may vary from person to person so an initial evaluation of the effect is recommended. Avoid taking it before or while driving. The concomitant use of alcohol is not recommended.
