Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Rhamnus purshiana DC (cascara sagrada, bark extract titrated at least 10% in cascarosides), Rhamnus frangula L. (buckthorn, bark dry extract titrated at least 15% in anthracene derivatives), Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl. (senna, dry extract of leaves titrated at least 20% insennosides), Rheum palmatum L. (rhubarb, dry extract of root titrated at least 10% in anthraquinones), Taraxacum officinale L. (dandelion, dry extract of whole plant), FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
1 tablet before bedtime. If necessary, increase the dose up to 2 tablets per day.
