It is a supplement of L-Cystine, L-Methionine, Biotin, Zinc gluconate, Carotenoids (Betacarotene, Lycopene), L-Tyrosine, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium, useful for filling food deficiencies or the increased organic needs of these nutrients . The nutrients contained in the product can also be useful for the trophism of the skin and its annexes such as hair and nails. They have an antioxidant activity useful to counteract the harmful action of free radicals.

How to use: it is recommended to take one capsule a day at the main meal.
