Scars are the final result of the healing process of our skin following an injury.They can be of different length, width, color, texture and thickness. The final aesthetic result depends on several factors. TYPES OF SCARS

Normal scar : it is smooth, light in color (hypochromic) and lacks the common skin appendages (hair, sebaceous and sweat glands).

DERMOVITAMINA SCARS GEL is a thin and invisible gel that reduces scars and hypertrophic keloids, softens the newly formed tissue favoring flattening and decreasing the sensation of dryness and itching of the scar.Applied on the surface of the scars it forms a thin film that acts through a double mechanism:

• forms a protective film that isolates the scar tissue from the external environment and reduces the risk of a visible hypertrophic scar by counteracting and attenuating the formation of the keloid.

• Regulates the physiological hydration of the scar tissue by carrying out a mechanical non-occlusive barrier action, guaranteeing the exchange of liquids favoring the normalization of the damaged tissue. This ensures the maintenance of the right level of hydration. It is particularly suitable for scars caused by: surgery, accidental wounds, burns, acne, stretch marks.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Apply the product on an already formed scar.

• Allow the product to dry for a few minutes. A thin film will form.

• Repeat the operation 2-3 times a day for at least 2 months for newly formed scars. Apply the product for 3-6 months for older scars.

WARNINGS

• There are no known contraindications in the use of the product.

• It is however recommended not to use the product in case of ascertained sensitivity towards one of the components.

• If redness or skin irritation occurs, stop the application and consult your doctor
