Helps normalize intestinal transit. It is therefore recommended in case of dyspsis and as a supplement to low-fiber diets as it contributes to intestinal function by restoring the balance of the intestinal flora and the integrity of the colon mucosa. Particularly suitable for enriching diets low in fiber and nutritional mixtures used in artificial nutrition (nasogastric tube - PEG - PEJ).

Dosage and method of use
Unless otherwise indicated by the attending physician, 5 g per day (1 tablespoon) is usually sufficient, preferably in the morning, for a period of 4 weeks. In case a higher dose is indicated, it is suggested to increase gradually, possibly adapting the dose to the individual response. Once the desired improvement has been obtained, proceed to the identified maintenance dose.
Pour the powder over the hot or cold liquid or food and mix well until completely dissolved. It can be added to any type of food or drink such as water, tea, coffee, fruit juices, juices, creams, yogurt, purées, soups, etc. Resistant to heat and can also be used to increase the fiber content in preparations to be cooked such as in the case of oven mixtures.
