Bach flowers

Oak

Quercus robur (common oak or oak)
The oaks live at least 500 years, some 2000. They are majestic trees of enormous size, which reach a height of 30-40 meters and are found throughout the national territory. Their flowers and leaves appear simultaneously in May. In flower therapy, the peel of young branches (no more than three or four years old) harvested in spring, the leaves in June and the acorns in autumn are used. The female flowers come out in April-May from one to three from the armpit on a long stem and appear together with the new leaves; while the male flowers appear in filamentous yellowish catkins, hanging on the wood formed the previous year. The flower remedy is prepared with the sun method, using only female flowers.

The Di Leo Herbal Laboratory has been producing Bach flowers since 1990 according to the original method and was the first to introduce Bach flowers in Italy in the early 1980s and after about ten years of importation, in 1990, it began producing them in own.

The "BACH FLOWERS" of the Di Leo Herbal Laboratory are produced using exclusively wild fresh plant flowers from uncontaminated and wild areas of the Apennines, the Alps and hills far from any form of pollution such as factories, cities, roads or cultivated land .

For the production, the preparation method established by Dr. Edward Bach at the beginning of the 20th century is faithfully and rigorously followed. The water used for solar infusions (20 remedies are produced in this way) and for decoctions - boiling method - (18 remedies are produced in this way) comes from sources at a maximum distance of 30 km. from the place of collection of flowers.
